William Finn, Q.C., is an experienced legal professional whose is committed to offering personalized legal services concentrated in commercial, corporate, wills/estates and real estate.

He has been a well-regarded member of the legal community for 40+ years. William Finn, Q.C., was a Chairman of the former Labour Standards Tribunal and Commissioner of the Public Utilities Board as well as a Member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University.

Stacia R. J. Ronayne is a partner in the firm with a practice concentrated in family law, wills and estates, and real estate. She obtained an undergraduate degree in International Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a minor in Political Science in 2012. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2016. Stacia was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in April 2017.

Stacia has an in-depth understanding of legal matters associated with legal separation, divorce, and estate planning. She is committed to providing compassionate, friendly services to her clients.
